Hi, I’m Samuel Tegge, a photographer, occasional writer, walker, and former research biologist. I grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio but have called Mesa, Arizona home for five(ish) years now.

A delightful book is my kryptonite. Aldo Leopold is my spirit writer. A long walk is my drug of choice. Trail mix is my lembas bread.

My work is powered by curiosity, my day job as a data engineer, and (soon) print sales (stay tuned!). I’m currently experimenting with newsletters — you should subscribe.
